So I thought I would share with you my iTunes Movie Library as over this past year I have begun to build that up quite a lot 😀 because I do tend to go on trains a lot due to my partner Paul living in Hartlepool, so it is always nice to have a film to watch if I decide I do not want to listen to music because it is a looong train journey, so here goes! Comment below if any of these are your favourites and we can have a good natter about them;
- Bridget Jones 1 & 2.
Who doesn’t love a Bridget Jones film?! They’re absolutely hilarious!! Two of my favourite films ever. They make me laugh, they make me cringe (only at certain parts obviously, due to awkward moments) and they give me an incredibly nice fuzzy feeling when I watch them. I only recently purchased these on iTunes but they came in a bundle which actually made them cheaper to buy instead of buying them individually. But, never the less, I am thanking myself for buying them as they’re just truly amazing.
Divergent and Insurgent.
Divergent and Insurgent are the first two instalments within The Divergent Series! They’re full on, action packed, fast paced films which spiked my interest the moment I watched them inevitably making me want to buy them and re-watch whenever I could. I was incredibly late to the party in watching these though and I still am since I have yet to see the following film Allegiant?! But, I will get there just bare with.
The Fault in Our Stars.
Now, I can’t be the only one to do this to myself, but I cry so hard at this film as this film is beautiful! John Green had my heart with the book, then he had my heart again with the film. It is an absolute tear jerker and granted one I probably don’t watch on the train as people might begin to question if I’m okay, but, I do love having this in my library. Again, an absolute must for me.
Fifty Shades of Grey.
Now, definitely not one to watch on the train.. But! In my popular opinion, Fifty Shades Darker can not come out quicker!!! This first film for me was great! Granted I may not have always loved the angle the director took this film in i.e camera angles etc. but, being a fan of the book series I personally feel Dakota and Jamie play Ana and Christian amazingly! So for me these make me want to watch the film.
The Harry Potter series.
Does this one ever need explaining? No, it does not!!! Harry Potter is an absolute FAVE of pretty much everyone I know. I got this package for 25 pound! ❤ how bloody good is that?! I love this series so sooo much! <3. And I am beyond happy to have this in my Library.
An absolute Christmas favourite. The Holiday, even if it only feels acceptable to watch around Christmas time like Love Actually, but I love this film so sooo much! 😀 it is just so cute, funny and damn right lovable! I love both couples in it and it just makes me again feel warm and fuzzy! I love this film so much.
Mockingjay Part 1.
Part of the Hunger Games series Mockingjay part 1 is the 3rd instalment within this! I have the first two on DVD and I have part 2 on my netflix, but this one is my favourite out of them all! It is the film that starts to make everything seem so much more real and intense for these characters and I just feel it makes the hunger games that much more real. Again it is action packed and fast paced, but it is a gripping film also.
I love a James Bond film! I have pretty much all the others on DVD but, I saw this on offer on iTunes and thought “meh, why not!” so it was an impulse buy, but, I do love this film! It could be the last film Daniel Craig is in, *sobs*, so I think it was also a necessary buy too.. I love Daniel Craig.
Transformers 1 & 2.
The best two Transformers films in my opinion. They both have Megan Fox in and that is reason enough! She is beauuuutiful. The 3rd and 4th films to me were just not as good, especially the 4th with no offence to Mark Wahlberg it’s just the girl who plays his daughter.. her character is the worst, so these two are favourites for me! Bumble-Bee is amazing and he just makes me love him more each time.
Water for Elephants.
Now, I’m a huge Robert Pattinson fan, not just because of Twilight but because I actually think he’s a fab actor. Water for Elephants convinced me of this even more! His character in this is just so lovely and it is told from his older self character, which I love the take on. He moves around with a circus since his parents died and has an amazing relationship with the Elephant in this film, their relationship is amazing!! It makes me love this film more :’).
The Danish Girl & Me Before You
Now, the reason I have put together both of these is because these are two of my favourite films ever! And not too long ago, I did film reviews on both, so go check this out and decide if they’re your sort of films from there! 😀
So there you have it! My iTunes Movie collection.. so far. It is definitely going to grow and as soon as I’ve brought a fair few more I will do another one as I enjoyed doing this :D! I love films and TV series’, that is something I am huge on. I love having Netflix, iTunes Movies and NowTV, because I am always watching or rewatching something. So again I encourage you to leave comments down below of your favourites or if you’re favourites are some of mine let’s talk about them! Let’s do it! :D.
With love, Charlotte x
