Book Review, “Love, Rosie” by Cecelia Ahern ๐Ÿ“š

“Love, Rosie” is one of the latest books I have recently read and it is safe to say the book itself has made me want to see if the film that’s being released this year actually lives up to the book since there is so much that goes on within it!

The book written by Cecelia Ahern is about two people that have grown up together, Rosie and Alex, and they are best friends. They have literally been through everything together till Alex announces he is having to leave Ireland and move to America because of his dad’s working arrangements, inevitably this leads to splitting the pair up! And then the rest of their lives is spent writing letters to each other and jumping on planes! But, the pair are that close that everyone around them is always convinced that they will eventually end up together, but it seems that whenever things start to progress between them something unfortunately stops this from happening, resulting in them being back at square one until one point in both of their lives and it suddenly seems like nothing is left to get in their way. I throughly enjoyed reading this book! Not just because I absolutely adore the story line, but also for the way it is written, it is written completely in letter, email and instant messaging form and I think the way Cecelia Ahern has done this is amazing! It also makes the book much funnier in my eyes, because it is a different way of showing how friends talk to each other and what they actually say all in one letter/email/instant message.

So, if you haven’t already I would suggest you go out and purchase yourself this book and also go see the film and see what you think of both! ๐Ÿ˜€ย Caio!
